A gentle pause from the pace of everyday life. The Private Retreat is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself—through guided experiences, restorative space, and time to simply be. It can be provided in English, French or Russian - you choose. Up to 5h per day supported practice.
❋ Intentional Structure and SpaceWe blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect—so the experience feels both focused and fluid. Outside of Q&A sessions silence is not enforced but highly recommended: science suggests that silence can measurably reduce stress, support focus, and help the brain and body recover. This quiet retreat is therefore perfect for emotional recovery, break-up healing and burnout prevention as well as stress reduction.
❋ FlexibilityWhile this retreat has a solid structure, flexibility will always be present to account for what is happening in the moment, what is in your best interests and what Life itself may be offering (like a bird visiting unexpectedly)!
❋ Expert FacilitationGuests will be welcomed and guided by a warm, experienced host with over 20 years of spiritual practice, more than 8 years of leading intimate small-group retreats, 3+ years of Airbnb Superhost experience and a diploma of counselling. Whatever you are coming with, you will be able to unload it and feel lighter, more grounded and more resourced.
❋ A Supportive interfaith/non-denominational SpaceInspiring interfaith environment designed to contribute to awareness practice, with all major spiritual traditions represented throughout the environment (Buddhist, Christian, Muslim / Sufi, Nondual Advaita, Aboriginal, and more).
