I offer a nurturing, supportive spiritual counselling to people who are dealing with grief and loss, life transitions, feeling overwhelmed, questioning life direction, and making sense of difficult experiences. I also help people who experienced spiritual awakening and need new landmarks.

This is for people who feel stuck in repeating patterns of stress, conflict, self-doubt, or automatic reactions, refuse to believe rat race is all that life has to offer, feel there is more than meets the eye but not sure where and how to look for it. I help people who are tired of surface-level fixes gain deeper insight, emotional steadiness, and a deep understanding of who they truly are. This is for genuine spiritual seekers who need grounded support from someone who walked the path.

Spiritual counselling can complement existing care with your consent. Counsellors don’t prescribe drugs or treatments and you should see your doctor to get medical help. Research shows that counselling in tandem with antidepressants often yields superior results for unyielding or chronic depressive episodes, among other conditions, and I can refer you to a medical professional for the medication part of the equation if this is required, if you are in Australia.
Spiritual counselling provides a safe container, self-regulation tools and accountability to help you keep going.
