  • For those navigating a life crisis or questioning their life direction, I offer a 15-minute free discovery video call, then an ongoing online or in-person counselling and asynchronous messaging support on demand to help you feel heard, make sense of your experience and help determine next steps. I am a qualified M.A.C.A. Counsellor with Grief and Loss specialisation and over 20 years personal supervised journey. This service is available in English, French or Russian, online worldwide, or in person in Cockatoo. Find more here.

  • An embodied 120-minute journey of gentle stretching, mindful movement, vocal chakra toning & relaxation, wrapped in the healing frequencies of light language on a drawback of a stunning forest landscape. Usual start time 11am. Yoga mats and bolsters provided. Accessible to guests staying on-site.

  • 1h relaxation massage with elements of sound healing by a qualified, experienced and mindful massage therapist. You will love it!

Why I Do What I Do

Sometimes our deepest suffering carries the seeds of most transformative insight. Over two decades, I have walked a path of learning, self-discovery and healing, tested and refined what truly helps, and gathered simple, yet deep universal tools that have supported my own growth. I now share them in the spirit of healing, truth, and inner expansion.

As a custodian of this beautiful space in the heart of nature, I am sharing it as a healing space open to those who are ready - it was conceived this way from the onset.
